GOV FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC is led by Terry Holshouser, who was awarded the Purple Heart and Bronze Star with a “V” Device for Valor during combat, in the Republic of Vietnam. He has extensive experience in IT, Finance, Telecom, and Construction Management PM / CM.

He has been a Principal Program Manager with Sprint, the Nordex - Division of Nortel, and Simpler Networks. Has owned and managed 3 prior companies. In addition to his day-to-day involvement with Gov-Financial Services, Terry is an Adjunct Professor of Business with Park University, Parkville, MO.   Terry is a member of the VFW, DAV, Military order of the Purple Heart, and the American Legion.  He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business from Baker University in Baldwin, Kansas.

William Molini, CPA, EA

Mr. William Molini is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Missouri and Oklahoma.  Mr. Molini has more than 30 years experience in individual and corporate accounting, income tax preparation, business management, and information technology (IT) systems management.  Mr. Molini’s experience covers a broad range of financial management, information technology, operations improvement and financial issues.  He has been responsible for implementing information systems and providing performance improvement services in the federal contracting, manufacturing, healthcare and insurance industries.  

Mr. Molini’s current focus is providing audit and financial services to governmental and non-profit entities.  As a part of this service, Mr. Molini works with clients to develop and implement appropriate cost-reporting and budget-management services on a variety of accounting systems.  Mr. Molini assists clients with cost reporting and cost segregation studies, and the development of appropriate financial reporting tools to clients throughout the Midwest. Mr. Molini’s current IT expertise is with QuickBooks, Sage Accounting, and other small-business accounting systems.

Mr. Molini’s previous clients include a variety of individuals and business owners.  His past clients have included Aetna Insurance, Mayo Foundation, Shared Medical Systems, Tufts University, University of California at Davis, San Francisco General Hospital, Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), Advanced Data Systems (ADS), Kaiser Permanente, and many other regional healthcare organizations throughout the U.S.

Since 2006, Mr. Molini has been the founding partner of Lawson Tax & Accounting LLC, a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) and business accounting service in Lawson, MO.   Mr. Molini has also been recognized by the IRS as an Enrolled Agent, and has a license to practice before the IRS.  Mr. Molini holds a BA in Accounting and a CPA certificate from the States of Missouri and Oklahoma.  He operates public accounting offices in Lawson & Lexington, MO.
